A Covenant, Not a Sign-Up
Join the Congregation
Membership in Be Well Ministries is an invitation into covenant — a shared commitment to practice, community, and mutual care, renewed each year rather than signed once and forgotten.
The Covenant
An Invitation, Not a Transaction
Joining Be Well Ministries is not the same as agreeing to a set of terms of service. It is entering into covenant — a mutual, living agreement between a member and the congregation, grounded in shared belief and shared responsibility rather than a one-time transaction.
A covenant asks something of both sides. The congregation offers a sacred container, a community, and a body of practice. The member offers presence, honesty, and a willingness to be changed by what they find here.
Four Commitments
What Every Member Affirms
I
Reverence and Rebirth
Approaching life, and the ongoing work of renewing it, with reverence rather than routine — treating growth as sacred, not incidental.
II
All Is One
Holding self, community, and the wider world as a single interconnected whole, so that care for one is understood as care for all.
III
Natural Law
Honoring the inherent order already present in nature and in each person — including the right to seek wellbeing without interference.
IV
Faith in Action
Letting belief show up as embodied practice and sacred purpose, not remain a private idea never brought into daily life.
What Membership Includes
A Container for the Whole Person
Membership is not a subscription to content. It is standing inside a container built to hold the practice of wellbeing over time.
Sacred Container
A recognized spiritual home rooted in the ministry's core beliefs, where practice is protected and taken seriously.
Supportive Community
A congregation of people oriented toward the same wellbeing, available for mutual support rather than isolation.
Educational Resources
Teachings and materials that deepen understanding of the core beliefs and how to live them day to day.
Meaningful Projects
Opportunities to take part in work — at the Sanctuary and beyond — that increases wellbeing in the world, not just in oneself.
Renewal & Sovereignty
Renewed Each Year, By Choice
Membership is renewed annually, and renewal is treated as a reflective ritual rather than an administrative chore — a yearly moment to ask whether this covenant still fits, and to recommit with open eyes rather than by default.
Alongside its commitments, membership carries real rights and responsibilities, and it never asks a member to set aside their own personal sovereignty. Members retain the right to question, to step back, and to leave the covenant as freely as they entered it.
The full covenant — including detailed rights, responsibilities, and the intake process — lives within the Member Portal, made available once you begin the process below.
A Standing Invitation
You do not need to have every question answered before beginning. The covenant process itself is part of the practice — a chance to sit honestly with what you believe, and with what you're ready to commit to.
