Tax-Exempt Status-

Our 508(c)(1)(a) status provides automatic tax exemption by mandate of federal law. This differs from 501(c)(3) organizations in that our exemption is mandatory rather than conditional.

 

Donation Deductibility-

Under IRC section 170(a)(1), donors may claim a charitable deduction for donations to churches and integrated auxiliaries that meet section 501(c)(3) requirements, even without formal IRS recognition.

 

Auxiliary Status-

EVOKE TRUST operates as an integrated auxiliary of BE WELL CHURCH MINISTRIES, as defined in Treasury Regulation 1.6033-2(h).

Donation Receipt-

All donations are acknowledged with an official receipt containing:

– Donation amount and date

– Church and auxiliary identification

– Tax ID information
